Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Doflamingo Labs website and services. By accessing our website, contacting us, or purchasing a service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
In these terms, “Doflamingo Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Doflamingo Labs, a web design, website development, and branding studio operating from Nepal. “You” and “client” refer to any person or organization using our website or purchasing our services.
1. Our Services
Doflamingo Labs provides website design and development, branding, visual identity, and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, fees, and responsibilities for each project will be agreed with the client in writing, such as in a proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
Any examples, concepts, or suggestions shared before a project is confirmed are preliminary and do not guarantee a particular business result.
2. Project Scope and Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, content, assets, feedback, approvals, and access reasonably required to complete the project. Delays in providing these items may affect the project timeline.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any text, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials they provide may lawfully be used for the project. The client should review and approve deliverables before launch or final handover.
Work outside the agreed scope, additional revisions, new features, or changes requested after approval may require additional fees and time. We will communicate material changes to the scope or cost for approval where practicable.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment milestones, and due dates will be set out in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement. The client agrees to pay the amounts due according to those terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused if an invoice becomes overdue. Any applicable third-party costs—such as domain registration, hosting, paid themes, plugins, stock assets, or external software subscriptions—will be identified where relevant and may be payable separately by the client.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If a client wishes to cancel a project, they should contact us in writing. The client may be responsible for fees for work already completed, committed expenses, and any non-cancellable third-party costs, as set out in the project agreement and applicable law.
Once services or deliverables have been completed and supplied in accordance with the agreed scope, payments are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a concern arises, please contact us so we can discuss the issue and any reasonable resolution.
5. Revisions, Approval, and Delivery
The number and type of revisions included in a project will be described in the project proposal or agreement. Requests beyond the included revisions or approved scope may incur additional charges.
The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and notifying us of any issues within a reasonable period. Project completion, launch, and handover are subject to the agreed scope and the client providing required content, feedback, and approvals.
6. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use
Unless the project agreement states otherwise, ownership and permitted use of final deliverables will be addressed in the relevant written agreement and may be subject to full payment. Third-party materials, fonts, software, stock assets, plugins, and other licensed items remain subject to their own terms.
We may request permission to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or promotional materials. We will not imply endorsement by the client. If a client has confidentiality requirements, these should be agreed in writing before work begins.
7. Website Content and Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms or services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, analytics tools, payment services, and other software. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms, fees, availability limits, or privacy policies.
We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control. Where appropriate, we can help the client identify or contact the relevant provider.
8. Website Maintenance and Updates
Ongoing maintenance, hosting, support, security monitoring, backups, content updates, and software updates are included only if expressly stated in the project agreement or a separate support plan.
Updates or changes requested after handover may involve additional fees. The client is responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts or subscriptions registered in their name and for renewing domains, hosting, and other services unless we have expressly agreed to manage them.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes, to infringe another party’s rights, to distribute malicious code, or to interfere with the security or operation of our website or systems.
We may suspend communication or work where reasonably necessary to address misuse, unlawful requests, abusive conduct, or a material breach of an agreed project arrangement.
10. Privacy and Cookies
We may process information you provide when you contact us, request a quote, or purchase our services, for purposes such as responding to enquiries, managing projects, processing payments, and providing support.
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, analytics, or performance. Where applicable, further information about our data practices and cookie choices should be provided in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services used on our website may process information under their own policies.
11. External Links
Our website may link to third-party websites for convenience or reference. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. You access third-party websites at your own discretion.
12. Disclaimers
We aim to provide professional and reliable services, but we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, including increased traffic, sales, enquiries, search rankings, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website and any general information provided through it are offered on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Doflamingo Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from the use of our website or services.
Our liability for a particular project will be governed by the written project agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client is responsible for claims or losses arising from materials they supply or instructions they request where those materials or instructions infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law. This section does not apply where the claim is caused by our own unlawful conduct or where such allocation is prohibited by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing a revised version on our website and updating the date above. Changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not override a separate written project agreement unless agreed by the parties or required by law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law. If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion. Any formal dispute process and governing law should be determined in accordance with the applicable project agreement and relevant law.
